Entry Zero.
It is about time, more than thirty times the sun has set over this alien World. I did my best, healing those who survived, yet many have died. My powers are not limitless, and at my young age I cannot even hope to mend as well as our elders. Compared to Velen, my life is but a flash. The worst is now left behind, and I’m needed elsewhere, the crash scattered not only our vessel, but also our hearts and minds. Many turn against each other, in quest to find the guilty. Friend turns against friend in jealousy, our kinsmen compare and fight over who suffered most from the crash.
In unity lies strength, and in friendship the hardships are shared. If my powers to heal are no longer sufficient to help our race, I shall do so on another front. This is how I started the Exodus, I shall not allow my fellow Draenei fall prey to dangers of this world and die alone…I will be there for them, I shall offer my support and friendship.
Today was our first meeting, and the spirit was high. We met some of denizens of this world, till now I’ve only heard of them. This is not a proper entry to describe them, but I can say that all, aside humans, appeared most friendly and noble to me. Reckless human considered it normal to stride on his hornless talbuk,* within what is left of our ship, surrounded by thick fog of shadows. Only by Velen’s command the Peacekeepers did not destroy this abomination.
The meeting itself, in the Vault of Lights, proceeded perfectly. Yet it pains me much to see what the crash had done to some of my brothers and sisters. Many suffer from weakness and loss of their memory, and anger of loss torments their mind. I shall do my best to help them all, support them in this dark hour….and I expect nothing in return.
This is the First entry of my Diary, and the moment I decided to start it. My name is Exaythe, and I’m anchoress of the light. I dare not add troubles which keep puzzling my mind to anguish of my kinsmen. They have suffered more than I do, and I may not share my sufferings with them, yet shall kindly share theirs to lighten their spirits.
End of entry, I shall await what the future brings…
*((I mean horse by that, but my character never saw one and doesn’t know the name))
