Imagine the following situation: It is two weeks after the landing on Azuremyst Island. The Alliance is set, but there haven't been any relations steadied with the other races, and the alliance hangs insteadilly. You have started exploring the nearby woods of Darkshore and Ashenvale. In the city of Astranaar, you can't help but to hear a male Night Elf mentioning 'Those aliens up there'. You easilly walk up to him and asks who he is talking about. He laughs in your face and says it's about you, and how he keeps laughing at the way Draenei look. Last, he mentions the race would have been better off 'Joining those freaks of the Horde, if you ask me.', but you only catch the first part as you've been moving away from him already. The next morning, you find the same Night Elf, but this time struggling under the weight of an Orc, trying to strangle him. The Night Elf notices you, and begs you to help him, 'In the name of the Alliance!' the Orc hasn't seemed to notice you yet, focussed at the elf before him. What would YOU do? (I'll be updating this from time to time with different scenarios )

Very interesting.
My character would help the Night Elf, and then leave him be (unless he begins saying crap again, then she'd punch him in the face). Though my character would be inclined to leave him to his doom, and is cold enough to do it, she wouldn't be able to justify her behavior to herself, and she's already actively trying to make up for wrong choices she's made in the past.
However, she wouldn't have let him get off easily in the first place. When he was saying whatever he was saying, she likely would get into a brawl with the upstart, rather than walking away.

'To join in:
Nara'Zen would first glance around, looking if anyone else could be here looking at the situation. If the senced the least activity, she would kick the orc off the night elf to make their fight even, and then get away to prevent her instincts taking over. If she wouldn't sence anyone closeby, she wouldn't hesitate a second to take her staff and crack open the skull of the Night Elf. She would only hope the orc wouldn't take her as second target.

Sanara would most likely take the opportunity to kill both of them if she could. Orcs are always orcs, and in this scenario Night Elves wouldn't be her favourite either.

Naryia would most likely fight the orc. Her faith in the Light would result in confidence of victory. After the fight, she would leave the elf, her pride convincing her of doing so. After all, Heretics who believe in the Moon are not proper allies... And if they also insults the Draneirace, it wouldn't just be the first thing to help them that came at her mind...

Depends:
Good Valdori: Help the Elf, maybe just walk off not caring after.
New Bad Guy (Mental) Valdori: Kill the Orc before brutally killing the Elf

Miranya would only stare at the elf, helping the orc a bit by casting a pyroblast on him, but to elf it seems she is casting it against the orc but nono. She would in the end kill them both.
On the other hand, at the situation where the elf first laughed at her, she would again just stare at him and cast a small fireball to burn a little part of his skin as a warning.
